Before sending a personalized document, our field labels can automatically identify and pull data from a contact’s profile to prefill a document - perfect for offer letters, contracts, and more.

After consenting to the use of e-signatures, the signing party can create a stylized version of their typed name, or draw a signature with their finger or mouse.
Documents can be set for signature before sending, by the other party, and/ or countersigned after the other party has finished. All actions related to each e-signature are included in an immutable audit log that is appended to the completed signed PDF. Each transaction is assigned an encrypted hash (identifying code) that can be verified on our website to ensure the integrity of signed documents.

Request specific files within a digital checklist.
The receiver will see the full list of files you requested (think ID’s, professional licenses, and proof of insurance). These can be uploaded from their desktop, or captured with pictures on a mobile device. If an item is unavailable, they can flag it in the list.
If a task requires your users to visit an outside website, you can include a link that will appear as a button for them to follow, like creating a profile in your payroll system or watching a training video.
After marking a task completed, you can require them to upload a confirmation file, like a certificate or clearance.
For file requests and task confirmations that expire, like a license, insurance policy, or clearance, you can ask the other party to enter an expiration date when they are uploading the file.
You’ll be able to review and confirm that date once they submit, and the expiration will display on your visual dashboard to monitor when it needs to be renewed.

Setting a due date on a checklist will trigger gentle reminders for the other party to complete your request before a set date. You can set a due date, or leave the item open indefinitely. This saves you from writing out emails and juggling a tracking spreadsheet.
